Now, for us ladies, whether it's for summer time and we want to wear summer dresses, or it's the winter time and we want to wear skinny jeans, we all want to lose our fat on our legs. The great thing is, it's not too difficult to do it with a little bit of work.

The thing is that you need to be taking in less calories than you're putting out, so you need to eat good calories, and you need to exercise. And cardio is the best way to burn fat. When you're exercising any muscle group in the body, it's really important to stretch, to keep those muscles nice and lengthened, but also keep them healthy.

So, to stretch the backs of the thighs, first of all, you want to have your feet hip-width apart, put one foot in front of the other, and lean your bottom back, and feel the stretch up there, hold that for twenty to forty seconds. To stretch the front of your thighs, lift your foot up at the back, making sure your knees are together, and lift it up towards the bottom. Now, if you don't feel the stretch in the front of your thighs, move your hips forward as you tilt that foot to the bottom, remembering to breathe throughout this stretch.
