In this video, I am going to tell you how to lose stomach fat fast. The only way to lose fat is to eat less calories than you are burning. Make sure that you do not go for a quick fix diet, which in the long run may actually lead to weight gain, but instead, eat little and often, which helps to raise your metabolism, which means you will be burning fat all through the day.

Now, one of the areas, a lot of people like to tone is the lower stomach area.
So, again, start on your back, have your legs stretched up in front of you and then lift with your bottom. Now, you do not want to be pressing down with your hands, so have your palms facing upwards and lift your feet. It is really important that when you have been exercising your stomach muscles, that you stretch them at the end.
