In this video, I'm going to tell you how to lose weight for your wedding. It's really important that you start with a visualization of how you want to look on your wedding day, it's a very easy event to imagine because you know what your dress looks like, you know what your veil looks like, and you know how you want it to be. Imagine how you look when you're standing in front of the mirror on that very important morning. Imagine how you feel, butterflies you have in your stomach, and imagine what the people around you are saying to you. The only way you can lose weight or lose fat is by eating less calories than you're using, so you want to move more, find lots of excuses to get out walking, you want to get your metabolism working really well, so that you're burning fat all through the day; this means you need to be eating regularly, so small and often is the best way to do that. Start off with something that includes protein first thing in the morning so your metabolism is fired up right at the start of the day. Drinking plenty of water is also really important for your metabolism, at least two litres a day and more if you're going to be exercising. When it gets close to the big day, if you want to make sure that you're not bloated again, make sure you're drinking plenty of water so that you're reducing the water retention, but also cutting down on things like wheat, dairy and sugar will also prevent the bloat on the big day. If you want to get toning up and losing fat, you need to make sure you're enjoying the exercise, find something that you can do with your friends or even with your husband-to-be.
