I'm going to talk to you about how to loose weight in two weeks, we all know that if we loose weight in two weeks it is not going to be fat, so really we should be looking at something more long term, but it might will be that you might want to loose a little bit of weight because you have got an event coming up and you really want to look your best for that, and there are few things that I'm going to talk to you about that could make a difference in two weeks : going for,for instance the whole grain instead of the white and refined sugary ones will help you to cleanse your digestive system, and things like spelt pasta or buckwheat pasta instead of wheat pasta, things like whole grain brown rice instead of white, quinoi or barley couscous instead of white couscous. All these types of food will support your digestive system so you're less likely bloated. Another wonderful source of fiber of course is the vegetables and go for a whole range of colours and different types of fruits and vegetables because they all contain different nutriments, and the different nutriments will help you to cleanse your body, they'll help you to have clearer skin, better looking hair and also to look better so are you're going to feel better.

Another really important thing when you're trying to loose a little bit of weight and look better in a couple of weeks is to consider one of the green supplements, they look a little bit scary, they look a little bit doubting, but they don't taste nearly as bad as they look.
