How To Make A Baked Bean Cocktail
Welcome to this quick and easy guide to making a baked bean cocktail, a drink that sounds very unusual, but at the same time very interesting and something really fun to drink. Follow these steps to make one yourself.

Ingredients
- 25 - 35 ml baked beans
- 1 large egg
- 25 ml peppercorn infused vodka
- 25 ml straight vodka
- worcester sauce
- 25 ml pure lemon juice
- celery salt
- 100 ml tomato juice
Step 1: Put Ingredients Into Glass
Crack one whole egg over a glass, and retain the shell and egg yoke whilst straining the egg white into the glass. Now add about 25 - 35 ml of baked beans into a separate shaking glass along with some of the baked bean juice.
Step 2: Muddle The Ingredients
Using your muddler, muddle the ingredients together hard and thoroughly, making sure to really crush those beans and blend the ingredients together.
Step 3: Add The Alcohol
Once muddled, add 25 ml of peppercorn infused vodka into your glass and 25 ml of straight vodka. Now add about 100 ml of pure tomato juice. Finally add the egg white from the other glass.
Step 4: Dry Shake
Shake the cocktail now with the cocktail shaker attached on the top of the shaking glass.
Step 5: Complete And Serve The Drink
Add plenty of ice to the shaking glass, and shake again thoroughly. Detach the cocktail shaker, leaving the drink in the shaking glass. Add a couple of dashes of worcester sauce to the drink, sprinkle a pinch of celery salt on the top, and then add 25 ml of lemon juice to the drink. Pour all of this straight back into the cocktail shaker, and attach a cocktail strainer to the top of the shaker. Take a tall glass, fill it about 2/3 the way up with cubed ice, and then strain the drink from the shaker into this serving glass.
