Ingredients
- 1 tub of vanilla ice cream
- 3 dates, deseeded
- 2 chopped fresh/frozen bananas
Step 1: Add the Elements and Blend
Add the cup of milk, chopped bananas, ice cream, dates to a blender and blend thoroughly. Pour into a glass and serve.
