Step 1: You will need...
- 50 ml dark rum
- 15 ml crème de bananas
- 30 ml single cream
- ice cubes
- 1 shot measure
- 1 shaker
- 1 strainer (if the shaker doesn't contain one)
- 1 cocktail glass
Step 2: Prepare the cocktail
Fill the cocktail glass with ice to chill it and place to one side. Half fill the shaker with ice cubes.
Into the shaker add the dark rum, crème de bananas and single cream.
Ensure that the lid is firmly secure and shake vigorously.
Discard the ice from the cocktail glass, attach a strainer to the top of the shaker and pour it into the glass.
Step 3: Present the cocktail
Place a cherry on the side of the glass and serve immediately.
