Step 1: You will need
- 50 ml cachaca
- 10 g fresh mango, chopped
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1 cups (250ml) crushed ice
- 1 cherry, to decorate
- 50/25ml shot measure
- 1 wooden pestle (or similar)
- 1 blender
- 1 wine glass
- 1 chopping board
- 1 sharp knife
Step 2: Prepare your cocktail
Firstly crush the ice with wooden pestle. Then add the cachaca, the chopped mango, the sugar and the crushed ice into the blender. Put on a high power and blend well, this should take about 1 min.
Step 3: Present
Pour the blended ingredients into a wine glass. Decorate with cherry. Enjoy this quick and easy cocktail all the more when somebody else makes it for you!
