Step 1: You will need...

  • 75 ml Bacardi
  • 75 ml orange juice
  • 75 ml lemonade or soda
  • 10 ml lemon juice
  • 1 highball glass
  • 1 barspoon or stirrer
  • 1 chopping board
  • 1 knife

Step 2: Prepare your cocktail

Add a few ice cubes to the highball glass.

Squeeze half an orange which will make about 75ml and pour it into the glass, to fill about 1/3. Add the bacardi, to fill 2/3 of the glass.

Squeeze in a little lemon juice, top the glass up with lemonade and stir well.

Step 3: Present your cocktail

Add a slice of orange juice to decorate the glass and serve.
