Step 1: You will need

  • 50 ml white rum
  • 25 ml peach brandy
  • 25 ml peach juice
  • 45 ml lime juice
  • 1 tsp pineapple syrup
  • ice cubes
  • crushed ice
  • 1 chopping board
  • 1 knife
  • 1 squeezer
  • 1 shot measure
  • 1 shaker
  • 1 strainer (if the shaker doesn't contain one)
  • 1 cordial glass

Step 2: Add the ingredients.

Into the cocktail shaker add the ice cubes.Then add white rum, the peach brandy, the peach juice, the lime juice and the pineapple syrup.

Ensure that the lid is on firmly and shake vigorously.

Step 3: Serve

Fill the glass half way with crushed ice. Attach a strainer to the top of the cocktail shaker and pour the cocktail into the cordial glass. Garnish with a wedge of lime and enjoy in the blistering heat.
