Hi I'm Darren from Cuisine-on-cue. Cuisine-on-cue is one of London's leading catering specialists. We pride ourselves for delivering fresh and quality food for in and around London.
Now we're going to show you some fresh and (sounds like: appetizing or exciting) sandwiches. Now I'm going to show you how to make a BLT sandwich. So first of all you need to slices of bread which we're going to spread with some softened unsalted butter which we've softened in a microwave and you can also get soft spread butter from any supermarket.
Next thing we're going to do with the BLT is the “B”, which is the bacon. For this I would use crispy, streaky bacon. You could also use fat bacon or sweet cure bacon which you can buy at any supermarket or butchers lay across the sandwich till its covered.
Add a little bit of mayonnaise to let your lettuce stick. On to the “L” which is the lettuce. Then for this we're going to use cherry tomatoes cause they're sweet, complements the salty bacon.
Just arrange it on your sandwich. Again just a little bit of mayonnaise. The other buttered slice of bread on top, push down a little so it sticks, take your knife, firmly chop through the bacon, take a plate.
And that's how you make a BLT sandwich.
