How To Make A Blue Moondance Smoothie
Blue Moondance Smoothie. Blue Moondance is a tasty smoothie to start the day. The banana in this drink will give you energy, and the blueberries are packed with natural anti-bacterial and cancer fighting chemicals. Taste our Blue Moondance Smoothie.
Step 1: You will need
- 1 Knife
- 1 Chopping board
- 1 Juicer
- 1 Blender
- 1 Glass
- some greaseproof paper
Step 2: Chop and juice
Chop 2 apples into chunks small enough to fit into the juicer. And juice.
Step 3: Banana
Chop the banana in half, and remove the skin.
Step 4: HANDY HINT
Freeze the banana and blueberries in advance to give the drink a thick consistency, and keep it cold. If you do this, wrap the banana in greaseproof paper, and put the berries in plastic tubs, before putting them in the freezer.
Step 5: Blend
Cut the cold banana into small chunks.
Add the apple juice to a blender. Follow this with 1/4 of a pint of milk, 1 chopped banana, a generous tablespoon of blueberries, a tablespoon of oats and 3 stoneless dates. Blend the ingredients on a high speed for 45 seconds, or until the drink is smooth.
Pour into a glass, and serve.
