Step 1: You will need

  • 50 ml tequila
  • 2 tsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 120 ml cola
  • 1 lime wedge
  • Ice cubes
  • 1 chopping board
  • 1 knife
  • 1 squeezer
  • 1 teaspoon
  • 1 shot measure
  • 1 measuring jug
  • 1 highball glass
  • 1 bar spoon or cocktail stirrer

Step 2: Prepare the juices.

Using the chopping board and the knife, cut the lime in half and squeeze the juice into a container. Set aside for later. Repeat the same process for the lemon.

Step 3: Prepare the highball glass.

Now fill the highball glass halfway with ice cubes.

Step 4: Add the tequila.

Measure out 45ml of tequila and add it to the highball glass.

Step 5: Add the juices.

Add 2 teaspoons of lime juice and 1 teaspoon of lemon juice.

Step 6: Add the Coca-Cola.

Finish by pouring in 125ml of Coca-Cola

Step 7: Stir, garnish and serve.

Stir thoroughly and garnish the highball glass using a wedge of lime. Why not serve this summer sizzler with some nachos and a hot chilli dip?
