How To Make A Brandy Sauce

Ingredients
- 30 g butter
- 30 g plain flour
- 350 ml milk
- 100 ml single cream
- 20 g sugar
- 2 drops vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp brandy
Step 1: Combine And Heat Ingredients
Place the butter into a saucepan and stir around until it melts. Now add the flour to the pan, and mix this with the butter. Gradually add the milk whilst stirring, and then add the single cream. Add the sugar to the mixture, and stir well. Add a couple of drops of vanilla extract, then the brandy, and stir well. Leave for about 3 minutes, and then serve onto your dish.
