How To Make A Breakfast Special Smoothie
Breakfast Special Smoothie. Ranish Jansari at holistic health and beauty specialist Fushi in London, will show you how to make this breakfast smoothie of blended banana, yoghurt and muesli. Delight in our Breakfast Special Smoothie.
Step 1: You will need
- 1 juicer
- 1 jug
- 1 chopping board
- 1 knife
- 1 blender
- 1 spoon
- 1 glass
Step 2: Juice
Chop 3 apples, add to the juicer & juice. Pour into the blender
Step 3: Add ingredients
Add two tablespoons of plain yoghurt, 1 chopped banana, and 2 tablespoons of muesli.
Step 4: Blend
Blend for about 20 seconds.
Step 5: Optional Extra
Fushi recommends adding a vitamin booster to the glass before you pour.
Step 6: Pour
Pour into the glass, stir and serve.
