Step 1: You will need

  • 50 ml dark rum
  • 30 ml lemon juice
  • ½ tsp grenadine
  • ¼ tsp grated nutmeg
  • ice cubes
  • 1 50/25ml measuring cup
  • 1 cocktail shaker
  • 1 strainer (or sieve)
  • 1 sharp knife
  • 1 chopping board
  • 1 juice squeezer
  • 1 cocktail glass

Step 2: Prepare your cocktail

Half fill the shaker with ice cubes.

Add the dark rum, lemon juice, grenadine and grated nutmeg.

Put the lid on the shaker and shake well.

Remove the lid and fix the strainer on top.

Step 3: Present your cocktail

Strain the cocktail into the glass and serve.
