Ingredients

  • 1 large cos lettuce
  • 50 g sourdough croutons
  • 6 rashers rindless smoked bacon, fried
  • 2 caesar dressing
  • 50 g parmesan shavings

Method

Chop the cos lettuce and place in a large bowl. Add the chopped croutons, cooled fried bacon, caesar dressing and parmesan shavings. Serve plain or with chicken pieces, avocado or olives.
