How To Make A California Dream Cocktail

Step 1: You will need
- 50 ml tequila
- 30 ml sweet vermouth
- 15 ml dry vermouth
- 1 maraschino cherry
- Ice cubes
- 1 shot measure
- 1 mixing glass
- 1 bar spoon spoon or stirrer
- 1 strainer
- 1 cocktail glass
Step 2: Prepare
Begin by filling half of the mixing glass with ice cubes.
Into the mixing glass, add the tequila, the sweet vermouth and the dry vermouth.
Step 3: Serve
Ensure that the strainer is over the top of the mixing glass and pour into a long cocktail glass.
Decorate with a maraschino cherry. For best results, listen to the Beach Boys whilst you drink for that ultimate Californian feel!
