  • 30 ml coconut rum
  • 180 ml pineapple juice
  • 1 splash grenadine
  • Ice cubes
  • 1 maraschino cherry
  • 1 slice pineapple
  • 1 50/25ml measuring cup
  • 1 cocktail shaker
  • 1 strainer (or sieve)
  • 1 chopping board
  • 1 sharp knife

Add the light rum, coconut rum, pineapple juice and grenadine.

Tightly secure the lid and shake well.

Step 3: Present your cocktail

Almost fill the glass with ice and strain in the cocktail. Swirl it around in the shaker at the end and pour on the foam to give a top to the drink.

Cut a small wedge out of the pineapple, make a cut in the centre of it and place the side of the glass.

Make a small cut in the bottom of the cherry and also put in on the side of the glass.

Add a straw and serve.
