How To Make A Chilling On My Carpet Cocktail

Step 1:

You will need

• 10 ml coffee liqueur
• 10 ml coconut liqueur
• 25 ml hazelnut liqueur
• 1 tsp honey
• 75 ml cream
• Some ice cubes
• some crushed ice
• 1 shot measure
• 1 old-fashioned glass
• 1 mixing glass
• 1 barspoon or stirrer
• 1 strainer

Step 2:

Prepare your cocktail

For a stir and strain cocktail we use a mixing glass.

Firstly, half fill it with ice cubes.

Then measure out 25 millilitres or a splash of hazelnut liqueur

and pour it over the ice.

Add 10 millilitres or a dash of coffee liqueur.

Now add another dash, this time of coconut liqueur.

And then 50 millilitres or a large splash of single cream. Reserve 25ml for later.

Pour out a dash of honey - a teaspoonful.

Now stir well with a bar spoon or stirrer. This chills the ingredients.

Then attach a strainer to the mixing glass. If you don't have one a sieve will do.

Step 3:

Present your cocktail

First crush some ice, simply smash the ice with a wooden pestle or rolling pin.

Fill your old-fashioned glass two thirds full with crushed ice.

Then simply strain the cocktail over the ice.

Float a dash of single cream onto the ice. Now serve and enjoy.
