Step 1: You will need...

  • 25 ml dark rum
  • 15 ml white rum
  • 15 ml dark creme de cacao
  • 15 ml white creme de menthe
  • 2 tsp single cream
  • ice cubes
  • 1 shot measure
  • 1 shaker
  • 1 strainer (if the shaker doesn't include one)
  • 1 cocktail glass

Step 2: Prepare your cocktail

Half fill the shaker with ice cubes and add the dark rum, white rum, crème de cacao and white crème de menthe. Finally, pour in the single cream.

Ensure that the lid is securely fastened and shake vigorously.

Step 3: Present your cocktail

Place a strainer over the top of the shaker and pour the cocktail into the glass. Enjoy after dinner on a warm summer's evening.
