How To Make A Christmas Gift Bag

Step 1: You will need

Step 2: Make a hole

Punch a hole in the centre of the top of the bag through both sides.

Step 3: Gold card

Cut some gold card to a size smaller than the bag and punch a hole at the top.

Step 4: Add a message

Write someone's name or a Christmas message in gold pen on the front of the bag. Go over the message with some glitter glue placing small blobs over the lettering.

Step 5: Star anise

Highlight the star anise with a gold pen and glue in place onto the gold card. Leave the bag aside until the glue dries. This may take some time.

Step 6: Close the bag

Once the glue has dried, place a gift in the bag. Cut a length of red cord and tie a knot in either end. Fold it in half and feed the loop through the hole in the card and the bag. Thread the rest of the cord through the loop and pull to close the bag.
