In this instance, I've used a bottle of white Bacardi rum and I've added quite a lot or cinnamon because we need to infuse this in three or four days and we have a big back drop in flavor of the cinnamon. If you don't have much cinnamon for a bottle of Bacardi, you can use one or two sticks but you will need to leave them in for two weeks to a month. You can't really go wrong with Bacardi we infused with cinnamon because it won't go off it won't overdue, we just need to check it from time to see its strength of it, but you can make most elaborate drinks from infusions with cinnamon.
It's also very helpful for your digestive system and generally very good for you. If you don't have very many cinnamon sticks, don't worry, you will have to infuse for up to two weeks to a month but if you have a lot of cinnamon as we do have in here, it will only take two to three to four days and you've really got a rich flavor of cinnamon. We use it for our largo de combo but you can use it very safely as a beginner.
You can't really go wrong with cinnamon. It is dried. You can always use cinnamon powder afterwards as a garish.
It makes a beautiful drink especially for hot twenties in the winter even and that's how you make cinnamon infusion. .
