How To Make A Cosmos Cocktail
Cosmos Cocktail. A simple, refreshing cocktail that can be made without an excessive amount of ingredients - perfect for poolside parties! For all those gin lovers out there. Sample our Cosmos Cocktail.

Step 1: You will need
- some Crushed ice
- 50 ml light rum
- 30 ml lime juice
- 1 tsp caster sugar
- some Ice cubes
- 1 knife
- 1 chopping board
- 1 squeezer
- 1 shaker
- 1 strainer (if the shaker doesn't include one)
- 1 cocktail glass
Step 2: Prepare
Firstly, cut the lime on a chopping board and, using a knife, squeeze out the juice. Reserve for later.
Fill shaker with ice cubes.
You should now add the alcohol - first the light rum, then the lime juice. Finally, add 1tsp of sugar.
Make sure that the lid is firmly secured and shake vigorously.
Step 3: Serve
Fill a glass just below the brim with crushed ice.
Put the strainer over the top of the shaker and pour the cocktail into the glass. Garnish with a lime wedge.
