Serves:
1

Step 1: You will need

  • 50 ml light rum
  • 120 ml beef bouillon
  • 1 dash of Tabasco sauce
  • 1 dash of Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • A pinch of salt
  • A pinch of black pepper
  • 1 lemon wedge
  • Ice cubes
  • 1 shot measure
  • 1 knife
  • 1 chopping board
  • 1 squeezer
  • 1 shaker
  • 1 strainer (if the shaker doesn't include one)
  • 1 highball glass
  • 1 teaspoon

Step 2: Prepare

Firstly, use a knife to cut the lemon and collect the juice of one half. Reserve for later. Pour the ice cubes into the shaker until they reach half-way.

Now add 50ml of light rum and 125ml of beef bullion.

Into the shaker add a dash of Tabasco and a dash of Worcestershire sauce.

Finally, add a tablespoon of the lemon juice squeezed earlier. Add a sprinkle of salt and pepper and ensure that you shake vigorously (with the lid on!)

Step 3: Serve

Fill a glass almost full of ice cubes and, placing the strainer over the top of the shaker, pour the cocktail into the glass.

Garnish the cocktail with a wedge of lemon, sit back, relax and enjoy the sunset!
