How To Make A Cruise Missile Cocktail

Step 1:

You will need.

• 25 ml campari
• 25 ml vodka
• 1 lime
• 1 orange
• 100 ml cranberry juice
• ice cubes
• 1 25ml/50ml measure
• 1 old fashioned glass
• 1 muddle stick
• 1 shaker (with strainer)
• 1 knife
• chopping board

Step 2:

Prepare the fruit.

Using the chopping board and the knife, cut the lime in half and cut the half into 3 wedges. Do the same with the orange and place all 6 of the wedges into the cocktail shaker.

Step 3:

Add the alcohol.

Into the cocktail shaker add 25ml of campari and 25ml of vodka.

Step 4:

Muddle.

Using a muddle stick or the back of a fork, press the ingredients together. Finish by adding 3 large ice cubes.

Step 5:

Shake.

Ensuring that the lid is on firmly, shake vigorously.

Step 6:

Strain and pour.

Attach a strainer to the top of the cocktail shaker and pour the mixture into an old-fashioned glass. Top with 100ml of cranberry juice and there you have it, a Cruise Missile perfect for any occasion!
