Step 1: You will need…
- 50 ml light rum
- 150 ml coca cola
- 1 lime wedge
- Ice cubes
- 1 shot measure
- 1 measuring jug
- 1 highball glass
- 1 stirrer
Step 2: Prepare
Begin by filling the highball glass halfway with ice cubes.
Using the measuring jug, measure out 50ml of light rum and pour it into the highball glass.
Continue by measuring out 150ml of Coca-Cola and add it to the highball glass.
Using the barspoon or stirrer, mix the drink well.
Step 3: Serve
Finish by adding a wedge of lime and enjoy this refreshing cocktail at a hot summer's party.
