Step 1: You will need...

  • 50 ml light rum
  • the juice of 1/2 a lime
  • the juice of 1/2 a lemon
  • 1 tsp caster sugar
  • ice cubes
  • 1 25/50ml shot measure
  • 1 chopping board
  • 1 squeezer
  • 1 shaker
  • 1 strainer (if the shaker doesn't include one)
  • 1 teaspoon
  • 1 cocktail glass
  • 1 knife

Step 2: Prepare your cocktail

Put a few ice cubes in the cocktail glass to chill and set it aside. Half fill the shaker with ice cubes

Add the rum, lime juice, lemon juice and sugar, fix on the lid and shake thoroughly.

Discard the ice from the cocktail glass and strain in the drink.

Step 3: Present your cocktail

Cut a slice of lemon, make a small slit in one side and place it on the side of the glass. Serve and enjoy!
