How To Make A Curry Dip
This fruity and spicy curry dip is perfect as an accompaniment to grilled meat or chicken, or can be served as a dip with cut up toasted pita or naan bread. Learn to make it with Chef Paul Mulvenna-Pegrum.

Ingredients
- 2 bananas, chopped
- 80 g natural yoghurt
- 3 mayonnaise
- 1 tsp sugar
- 2 curry powder
- fresh coriander
Method
Add the banana, the yoghurt, the sugar, the curry powder and the mayonnaise to a bowl, then blend with a hand blender. Leave the dip in the fridge for a couple of hours for the flavours to come together. Garnish with chopped coriander.
