Step 1: You will need.

  • 10 ml white crème de cacao
  • 10 ml cointreau
  • 25 ml blackcurrant flavoured vodka
  • 10 ml juice of half a lemon
  • 50 ml apple juice
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 1 lemon wedge
  • ice cubes
  • 50 ml grenadine
  • 1 shot measure
  • 1 martini glass
  • 1 mixing glass
  • 1 bar spoon or stirrer
  • 1 strainer
  • 1 teaspoon

Step 2: Prepare the cocktail.

Begin by filling the mixing glass half full with ice cubes.

Step 3: Add the ingredients.

Continue by measuring out and adding in 10ml of white crème de Curacao, 10ml of cointreau, 25ml of blackcurrant flavoured vodka, the juice of half a lemon and 50ml of apple juice.

Step 4: Stir.

Ensure that you stir thoroughly with a bar spoon or stirrer.

Step 5: Prepare the martini glass.

Pour 50ml of grenadine into a saucer and dip the rim of the glass into it. Heap 2 teaspoons of sugar into the saucer and dip the rim of the glass into it. Garnish the glass with a wedge of lemon and sit back, relax and enjoy!
