Step 1: You will need.

  • 75 ml vodka
  • 50 ml blue Curacao
  • 120 ml passion fruit juice
  • 25 ml grapefruit juice
  • pineapple leaves
  • ice cubes
  • 1 Collins glass
  • 1 mixing glass
  • 1 strainer
  • 1 bar spoon
  • 1 knife
  • 1 chopping board
  • 1 25ml/50ml measure

Step 2: Prepare the mixing glass.

Begin by filling the mixing glass half full with ice cubes.

Step 3: Add the alcohol and mix.

Measure out and pour in 75ml of vodka and 50ml of blue Curacao. Mix thoroughly using a bar spoon or a cocktail stirrer.

Step 4: Prepare the Collins glass and strain.

Into the Collins glass add 3 ice cubes and strain the mixture over the ice.

Step 5: Add the remaining ingredients and serve.

Measure out and pour in 125ml of passion fruit juice and 75ml of grapefruit juice. Stir once again using the bar spoon and garnish with some pineapple leaves and a straw. A tropical drink that is deep, rich and oh-so-tasty!
