How To Make A Desert Flower Cocktail

Step 1: You will need...
- 50 ml gold tequila
- 10 ml sugar syrup
- 10 ml crème de cassis liqueur
- 1 lemon
- 1 cups (250ml) crushed ice
- 1 old-fashioned glass
- 1 25/50ml measure
- 1 muddle stick
- 1 barspoon
- 1 knife
- 1 chopping board
Step 2: Prepare your cocktail
Cut the lemon into four wedges and put one aside to use as garnish later. Chop the other 3 into chunks. Put the chunks into the old-fashioned glass and add the sugar syrup.
Use a muddle stick (or a fork if you don't have one) to press the ingredients together. Next, add the gold tequila, cassis and crushed ice and stir well.
Step 3: Present your cocktail
Use your remaining lemon wedge for decoration. Simply slice a groove in the skin. Place it on the side of your glass and serve!
