Step 1: You will need
- 150 ml ginger ale
- 25 ml crème de cassis
- 50 ml cachaca
- 1 lime
- Some ice cubes
- 1 Collins glass
- 1 squeezer
- 1 knife
- 1 chopping board
- 1 bar spoon or stirrer
- 2 straws
Step 2: Prepare your cocktail
Firstly add three large ice cubes to a Collins glass
Then take a lime and cut it in half. Cut one half into quarters, and
cut three slices and add them to the glass.
Pours 50 millilitres, or a large splash of cachaca over the ice and lime.
Then pour out a splash of crème de cassis - 25 millilitres
Next, squeeze the juice of the remaining lime half and add to the glass. Now stir.
Then fill your glass to the top with ginger ale- approximately 150 millilitres.
Now stir again.
Step 3: Present your cocktail
Simply add two straws for that final touch and serve.
