How To Make A Dirty Martini

Simone Marocchi uses the classic combination of gin and vermouth to create a perfect dirty martini. This cocktail is classy and easy to make.

Ingredients

  • 2 drops of vermouth
  • 2 measures of gin
  • ice
  • olives

Step 1: Add the Vermouth and Gin

Take a glass, fill with ice. Add two drops of bitter vermouth and stir. Add 2 tsp of olive's water. Stir again. Add a double measure of gin and stir again.

Step 2: Taste, Garnish and Serve

Taste, pour into a glass, removing the ice. Garnish with a few olives. Serve.
