Step 1: You will need...
- 50 ml light rum
- 15 ml Cointreau
- 2 tsp Pernod
- 1 tsp white crème de cacao
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 tsp sugar
- ice cubes
- 1 25ml/50ml shot measure
- 1 shaker
- 1 strainer (if the shaker doesn't include one)
- 1 cocktail glass
Step 2: Prepare your cocktail
Carefully break an egg in half and let the white seep out into a bowl. When you finish, discard the white and put the yolk to one side.
Next, half fill the shaker with ice cubes and add the light rum, Cointreau, pernod, white crème de cacao, egg yolk and sugar.
Place the lid of the shaker on tightly, to avoid any messy accidents and then shake well.
Step 3: Present your cocktail
Place the strainer over the shaker, pour the drink into the cocktail glass and serve.
