Step 1: You will need

  • 50 ml tequila
  • 120 ml orange juice
  • 15 ml Galliano
  • some Ice cubes
  • 1 highball glass
  • 1 spoon

Step 2: Prepare your cocktail

First, almost fill the highball glass with ice cubes.

Next, measure out 50 millilitres of tequila - about a long splash - and pour it over the ice.

And then add 125 millilitres of orange juice. Or just fill the glass three quarters of the way up.

Step 3: Serve

For the all important finishing touch, pouring slowly and carefully over the back of a teaspoon, float 25 millilitres of Galliano on top of the drink, and serve.
