Step 1: You will need...

  • 25 ml vodka
  • 10 ml raspberry liqueur
  • 15 ml sugar syrup
  • 6 pineapple chunks
  • ice cubes
  • 1 25/50ml measure
  • 1 shaker (with strainer)
  • 1 knife
  • 1 muddle stick (or fork if you don't have one)
  • 1 cocktail glass

Step 2: Prepare your cocktail

Put the pineapple chunks in the shaker. Add the vodka, raspberry liqueur and sugar syrup. If you don't have any use a teaspoon of caster sugar instead.

Take a muddle stick, or if you don't have one you can use a fork, and press the ingredients together in the shaker. Then add ice cubes until the shaker is half full. Put the lid on and shake. Remove the lid, leaving the strainer on the shaker. If your shaker doesn't have one, you could always use a sieve. Take the cocktail glass and strain the French martini into it.

Step 3: Present your cocktail

Cut a groove in a slice of pineapple, add it to the side of your glass, serve and enjoy!

interesting version of muddle and shake:) , I would leave out the sugar syrup . Chambord is sweet enough.

Terrible recipe for a French Martini and I highly doubt the ingredients in the quantities shown actually filled that martini glass.
