Ingredients
- 30 g mixed salad leaves
- 3 cherry tomatoes
- 1/4 cucumber, diced and peeled
- 1/4 red onion, sliced
- 1 handful croutons
- 40 g tinned chickpeas
- 2 honey and mustard dressing
Method
Mix all the ingredients together by hand in a large bowl. Serve with chicken, turkey or fish.
