How To Make A Frozen Yogurt Smoothie

Here's an idea to make yoghurts tastier - a frozen yoghurt smoothie. It's really easy and refreshing!

Hi, I'm here to talk to you about yoghurt. So, a nice way of, I suppose, eating yoghurt without having to chew it or swallow anything like that is a smoothie. So, it's a really really nice way with a very very different taste if you make it dairy-based.

It's particularly good if you have any frozen yoghurt you would as far go because that cools the drink down, makes it nice and refreshing. Really simple, all you want to do is you get some nice fruits, really good ones. What we recommend here in the shop is a strawberry, raspberry and banana.

You have like maybe 2 strawberries, half a banana, 6 raspberries. Put those all in a blender with a good chunk of yoghurt, frozen if you can, and a little bit of milk. You won't need the milk if it's not frozen.

We use the milk here because otherwise, it doesn't bind. The end would be really thick to drink that you can't even suck it with straw. So, get the fruits that you want.

Banana is really a nice one because it thickens up. Stuff like blueberries are not so good because you get the skin. All we do is chuck it in the blender, whiz it all up and it will be a really nice and really different kind of smoothie that I don't think many people have drunk before.
