- 100 g raspberries
- 4 strawberries
- 200 g blueberries
- 1 apple, peeled cored and diced
- 1 tsp sugar
- 3 icing sugar
- 100 g mango, diced
- 1 butter
- 100 ml water
Melt the butter in a pan, then add the diced apple and half a diced mango. Add the sugar and the soft fruits and mix.
Add the water, stir, and cook for 2 minutes.
Leave it to cool for about 30 minutes, then add the icing sugar and mix well.
