Ingredients
- apple juice
- 1 banana
- 1 cups (250ml) strawberries, frozen
Method
Peel your banana and add it to the blender, then add the strawberries and the apple juice.
Blend the ingredients until smooth and serve.
Add a bit more banana if the smoothie is too thin, or a bit more juice if it is too thick.
