Fruit smoothies are a healthy and delicious alternative to many store-bought drinks. In this step by step guide Robert from Sejuiced will teach you how to make a strawberry, banana and apple smoothie that will keep you healthy and cool all year round!

Ingredients

  • apple juice
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cups (250ml) strawberries, frozen

Method

Peel your banana and add it to the blender, then add the strawberries and the apple juice.

Blend the ingredients until smooth and serve.

Add a bit more banana if the smoothie is too thin, or a bit more juice if it is too thick.
