garlic cloves, peeled
Pour a bowlful of peeled garlic cloves into your blender with a large pinch of salt and a good drizzle of oil, then blend until you have a fine paste.
Transfer the paste to an airtight container and cover with oil.
This paste will last for about 2 weeks in your fridge.
