How To Make A German Cucumber Salad
Chef Paul Mulvenna-Pegrum shows you how to make a fresh German salad with cucumbers.

Ingredients
- 10 ml white wine vinegar
- 2 sugar
- 1 small red onion, chopped
- 1/2 cucumber, diced and peeled
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- pepper
- salt
Method
To make the marinade, mix the vinegar, sugar and pepper together in a large bowl. Add the chopped vegetables to the bowl and leave to marinate in the fridge for an hour before serving.
