How To Make A Green Drink

Bartender Kim shows how to make a Japanese Slipper. This sweet and zesty cocktail is easy to make and gives you a chance to show off your shaking skills.

Ingredients

  • 21 ml cointreau
  • 21 ml lemon juice
  • 30 ml midori
  • ice
  • 1 cherry

Step 1: Add Midori, Cointreau And Lemon Juice

Add some crushed ice to a cocktail glass to chill, place to the side. Add 30ml of Midori, 21ml Cointreau and 21ml lemon juice to a separate glass.

Step 2: Shake And Strain

Fill the glass with cubed ice, grab a shaker and shake. Remove the crushed ice from the cocktail glass, and strain out the cocktail into the cocktail glass with a Hawthorne strainer. Finish by dropping a cherry into the bottom of the glass. Serve.
