Step 1: You will need

  • 2 spinach leaves
  • 2 celery sticks
  • 1 handful of parsley
  • Half a cucumber
  • 3 apples
  • 1 slice of ginger
  • spirulina, (optional)
  • 1 Juicer
  • 1 Blender
  • 1 Glass
  • 1 Knife
  • 1 Chopping board

Step 2: Prepare ingredients

Chop the apples, celery sticks and cucumber into small pieces and slice up a piece of ginger.

Step 3: Juice

Put the cucumber, celery sticks, apples and ginger into the juicer. Juice, then pour the juice into the blender.

Step 4: Blend

Put the 2 spinach leaves and a handful of parsley into the blender. Blend on a medium setting for about 20 seconds.

Step 5: Special ingredient

If you like, try adding a dash of spirulina to the glass before you pour. It's used for rejuvenation, weight reduction and cleaning the blood.

Step 6: Pour

Pour into a glass, and serve.

    Generally the fruits are kept in a refrigerator at about 2c. They serve out nicely chilled. In summer we may pour over a little ice. From Juiced up Tasmania.

    maybe the assumption is its been refrigerated .....tho he did for some reason have to remid us to pour it into a glass .....lmao
