Ingredients
- salt
- pepper
- 70 ml olive oil
- 20 ml white vinegar
Step 1: Preparing The Marinade
Place three piece of halibut into a large bowl, so that they are lying beside each other. Drizzle the olive oil over the halibut, and then the vinegar. Now, in order to give the marinade some character, add salt and pepper to produce a little spice and tang.
Step 2: Refrigerate The Marinade
Place the lathered pieces of halibut into the refrigerator to let it chill for no longer than 20 minutes.
