How To Make A Halloween Red-Eye Cocktail

This potent Halloween Red-Eye cocktail, with its "red eye" might just be the special thing to start off your party this Halloween. A real gin and cointreau treat! Enjoy our Halloween Red-Eye Cocktail.

Step 1: You will need

  • 60 ml gin
  • 30 ml cointreau
  • 15 ml lemon juice
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp egg white
  • 1 red cherry
  • a few chocolate chips
  • some ice cubes
  • 1 martini glass
  • 1 spoon
  • 1 shaker
  • tongs

Step 2: Build the cocktail

Fill the shaker with ice. Now, add the gin, Cointreau, lemon juice, sugar, and egg white. Give it a long shake until the shaker feels very cold to the touch.

Step 3: Garnish and serve

Strain the cocktail into the martini glass, add the cherry, and a few chocolate chips. Serve immediately for the best flavour! Happy haunting!
