Ingredients
- 2 slices brown bread
- 1 tsp softened salted butter
- 3 slices mild cheddar cheese
- 3 slices honey roast ham
- 1 tsp mustard mayonnaise
Method
Begin by buttering both slices of bread.
Lay the cheddar and ham on one of the slices.
Spread the mustard mayonnaise on top of the ham.
Cover the sandwich with the second slice of bread.
Cut the sandwich diagonally into triangles and lay them on a plate.
