Step 1: You will need...

  • 15 ml dark rum
  • 15 ml light rum
  • 15 ml sweet vermouth
  • ice cubes
  • 1 25ml/50ml shot measure
  • 1 mixing glass
  • 1 barspoon or stirrer
  • 1 strainer
  • 1 cocktail glass

Step 2: Prepare your cocktail

Half fill the mixing glass with ice cubes. If you don't have a mixing glass then a cocktail shaker will do.

Add the dark rum, light rum and sweet vermouth.

Stir the cocktail well using a barspoon or a stirrer and fit a strainer over the mixing glass.

Step 3: Present your cocktail

Pour the drink into the cocktail glass, sit back and enjoy!
