Ingredients

  • 3 extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 white wine vinegar
  • 1 lemon juice
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 mustard
  • 2 honey

Method

In a large bowl, whisk the oil and vinegar together with a fork. Add the lemon juice, honey and seasoning to taste and whisk until fully combined and emulsified.
